Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Spinqlub. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Spinqlub.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Spinqlub. You must not be a convicted sex offender. You must not be prohibited from using dating services under any applicable law.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your Google sign-in credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Each person may have only one Spinqlub account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or stalk any person.
- Send sexually explicit content, hate speech, or content that glorifies violence or self-harm.
- Send content that depicts minors in any sexual context. We report CSAM to authorities without notice.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or identity, or upload photos that are not of you.
- Solicit money, goods, services, or sexual transactions from other users.
- Post phone numbers, off-platform usernames, or links that route users off Spinqlub before mutual reveal.
- Use automated tools, scrape, or interact programmatically with the service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or probe the AI-assistant to generate disallowed content.
- Sell, transfer, or share access to your account.
4. AI-assistant layer
Spinqlub uses an AI dating-assistant (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate opening questions and continuation replies that mediate the dual-blind exchange before reveal. You acknowledge that some messages you send may be processed by this AI layer to generate responses. AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, or surprising; we provide it as-is. You remain responsible for all messages you personally send.
5. Content you post
You keep all rights to your profile content (bio, photos, messages). You grant Spinqlub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process this content solely to operate the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to our retention schedule (see Privacy Policy).
6. Moderation and enforcement
We scan messages and photos for content that violates these terms. We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice. Repeated violations, credible safety reports, or content depicting illegal activity will result in termination.
7. Reports and blocks
You can report messages, profiles, or conversations, and you can block any user. We review reports and take action we believe appropriate. We do not guarantee a specific outcome on any report.
8. Paid features
Spinqlub is currently free to use. Subscription plans are coming in a future release. These Terms will be updated before any charge.
9. Disclaimers
Spinqlub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches, message delivery, uptime, or that any particular person on the service is who they claim to be. We are not responsible for interactions that occur off the platform. Use good judgment. Meet in public for first in-person meetings.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinqlub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections 5, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will surface the new version in the app and ask you to accept it before continuing to use the service.
